Therefore, the ability for businesses to achieve higher rankings in search engines like Google and Yahoo is probably going to lessen.
Next, we are looking at a future where companies are turning to conversational artificial intelligence and chat Bots to perform customer service tasks. A Messenger Bot allows customers to open up discussions with representatives which may range from suggestions on products or services to inquiries.
